COMSA and the Colorado SQUID Swim Team invite you to the 2010 COMSA Masters Long Course Swimming Championships,
held at George Meyers Pool located at 7900 Carr Avenue, Arvada, Colorado 80005. The pool is 25 yards by 50 meters,
and will be set up with 6, long course 50 meter competition lanes and two lanes for warm up and warm down.
A Colorado Electronic Timing System with backup timing and scoreboard readout will be used.
On-deck seating will be available. We recommend bringing your own chairs if you plan to make use of on-deck seating.

Come and enjoy an evening in the Park with wonderful city and mountain views from the Rose gardens in City Park.
Light refreshments will be served. West Steps of the Museum of Nature and Science.

7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.: Diving warm-up

8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.: Diving competition

9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.: Pool conversion and Mid-distance/sprint warm-up

10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Mid-distance/sprint competition

1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.: Break / Distance warm-up

1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.: Distance competition

3:00 p.m.: Estimated end of competition
The long course meet will be held at a 50-meter indoor pool with electronic timing. An outside patio and snack table will be available. Advance entries are required for all events. Relays will be deck-seeded.

6 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Hosted Dinners
At various homes of SQUID team members. Those who sign up for this event will be emailed their host's location and
receive it again at registration.

8 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. (ish) Awards Reception
Location - Swallows Night Club
Dessert and awards at the newest bar in the heart of historic Five Points (at the corner of 31st St. and Downing).

10 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. Evening of Dancing
Location - Tracks Night Club
A night of dancing at Denver's best dance club. 35th and Walnut Street.

Brunch at the Two Brothers Deli in Idaho Springs at 10:00 AM.
Half Day Rafting Trip - Intermediate Level - 11:30 am to 4:00 pm - $50 each.

Located at the North East corner of Central Park Blvd and 29th in Stapleton. 8401 E. 29th Ave. Come enjoy a BBQ and concert in the park. BBQ will start at 6pm at the home of Kevin Thorn. At 7:30pm guests can walk one block to Central Park for the free Colorado Symphony Orchestra Concert in the Park.
